Anonymous asked: You promote and link a lot to Eden Fantasys, even though there have been numerous, repeated claims and/or evidence to their unethical practices and mistreatment of employees.

I'm not being accusatory- there are plenty of good folks who still work with EF or are part of their affiliate program. I guess I'm just curious as to whether you are aware of the scandals and allegations and if they concern you.

I’ve not heard anything about this, as far as I’ve been concerned they’ve treated me very well, and have been nothing but wonderful to me.  I’m having a look at this now, should I find evidence of bad behavior I will likely cease my affiliation with them.

+++++

Update: Having researched this, well it looks like there is something less than ideal going on with their linking codes, it’s not perfect, and I wouldn’t say it’s exactly ethical, but I can thoroughly understand the motivation.  We live in a capitalist society and the internet is a big place and there are a lot of possible sex shops out there, and advertising is very important to a business.  As a contributor I will say this, they’re very generous with their affiliates/contributors in many ways, they send me numerous free toys every month (I’ve received 4 this month alone), have a generous points program and basically are in the habit of giving away A LOT .  I’ll admit, I wish they were a little more honest about this, and I wish I’d known this sooner, but in terms of my personal ethics, although what they’re doing isn’t great, it’s also not… pure evil.  Now, the complaint is they’re taking advantage of contributors, I would disagree on that point, they’ve been less than ideally honest, but considering the amount of toys I receive (and the number of points one gets just surfing their site) I can accept the practice, unless they manage to be successful in business (which often means being the easiest to find) they would be unable to continue to be so generous.  I don’t like the censorship, but again they’re a business and I understand.
